Quality Coordinator

We value the importance of balance between work and family life and promote this philosophy throughout the company..The Position:To ensure the Martinus quality management plan is implemented on site with the document review and submission process of quality-related documentation. Ensuring non-conformances are mitigated, identified and reported to ensure compliance to the project specification. TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIESPosition Specific - Ensure compliance with current regulations.- Monitor and report on project activities, processes and procedures.- Assist in the development of internal auditing tools and conduct internal audits and reports.- Determine data-driven solutions and implement quality improvement plans. - Perform reviews to ensure adherence with Martinus HSEQ processes and procedures. - Provide construction teams and management with quality planning and support.- Conduct or assist with regulatory and quality training sessions.- Prepare and maintain quality management documentation. QUALIFICATIONS/TICKETS/COMPETENCIESQualifications Formal Qualifications Required: - Bachelor’s degree in engineering or similar discipline.Experience Required:- 5-10 years’ experience in a quality role within a major construction environment.Desirable: - Rail/civil construction experience.   AUD Loganlea 4131
